Terms of use.

The short version

Ask Kassia sells personalised astrology readings. You give us birth details, we cast a chart and write you a reading, and we deliver it by email. These terms set out the agreement between you and us. By placing an order you accept them.

We are astrologers, not lawyers, doctors, or financial advisers. Read the reading in that spirit.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 to buy a reading. By ordering you confirm you are, and that the details you give us — yours, or a partner's for a synastry or Bond reading — are accurate and yours to share.

If you order a reading about another person, you confirm you have their permission to submit their birth details.

What you're buying

You are buying a single, written reading computed from the birth details you provide. Each reading is generated uniquely for the chart you submit — no two are the same. What you receive is the reading itself, delivered as a private page linked from an email.

A reading is an interpretation, offered for reflection and entertainment. It is not a prediction, and it is not professional advice. Do not use it as a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological guidance from a qualified professional. Decisions you make after reading it are your own.

Delivery

Readings are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout. Delivery timing depends on the speed you choose — standard, or a faster tier at a higher price. The window we quote at checkout is the target; it runs from the moment your payment clears.

Make sure your email address is correct. We are not responsible for a reading that never arrives because the address was wrong or the email landed in spam. If it hasn't reached you in the promised window, write to us and we'll resend it.

Price and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed there. Payment is handled by our checkout provider, Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record — your receipt and card statement come from them. We never see or store your full card number.

The price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay. Faster delivery tiers carry a surcharge, shown before you pay.

Refunds

Because each reading is written uniquely for you and delivered as a digital good, it can't be returned once produced. If something goes wrong on our end — the reading never arrives, or it was built from details we mishandled — write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

If you entered the wrong birth details, tell us before the reading is generated and we'll correct them. Once a reading has been produced from the details you gave, we can't refund it for that reason.

Your content and ours

The birth details and any review text you submit remain yours; you grant us permission to use them to produce and deliver your reading, and — for reviews — to display them on the site. See the Privacy page for how we handle your data.

The reading we deliver is for your personal use. The site, its writing, design, and the way readings are composed remain ours. Please don't resell or republish a reading as your own work.

Reviews

If you leave a review, keep it honest and free of anything unlawful, hateful, or that exposes someone else's private details. We may decline to publish or may remove a review at our discretion, and you can ask us to take yours down at any time.

The limits

We offer the service as-is and do our honest best, but we can't promise a reading will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its interpretation will match your expectations. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a reading is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version in force is the one published here when you order. Material changes will be reflected in the date below.
