What we collect

To cast a chart we need the moment and place you arrived: your birth date, birth time, and birth city. For a partner or Bond reading, the same three details for the second person. We ask for your name so the reading can address you, and your email so we can deliver it.

When you pay, our checkout provider (Lemon Squeezy) collects your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of the order: what you bought, when, and the email tied to it.

If you leave a review, we store the words you write and the first name you give.

Why we collect it

Birth details exist for one purpose: to compute your chart and write your reading. Your email is used to send the reading and, if something goes wrong, to reach you about that order. Payment records let us honour refunds and keep our own books.

We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your data. Ever.

Who we share it with

A short list of processors, each handling only the slice of data they need:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment and checkout. Handles your card details and billing info.
• Resend — delivers the finished reading to your inbox.
• Open-Meteo — turns your birth city into coordinates so we can place the houses. Receives the place name only.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores orders and reading files.

We share data with these providers only to run the service, and only what each one needs. We never hand your details to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your order and reading while your access link is live and for a reasonable window after, so you can come back to it. Reviews stay until you ask us to remove them. If you want your data erased sooner, ask — see below.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you’re in the EU or UK, these rights are yours by law (GDPR); we extend the same to everyone. Email us and we’ll act on it.
