When we refund a reading and when we can't — laid out plainly. Every reading is made for you alone, so here's exactly where we draw the lines.

The short version
Every reading is written uniquely for the birth details you give us and delivered as a digital good, so a produced reading can't be returned. But if something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right — a fix or a refund. This page sets out exactly when.
Wrong birth details
If you entered the wrong birth date, time, or place, tell us as soon as you can and we'll correct them at no cost. Work on a reading begins soon after payment clears, so the sooner you write, the easier it is to fix.
Once your reading has been written from the details you gave, we can't refund it because those details were wrong — the work has been done on the chart you submitted. We can, at our discretion, prepare a fresh one from corrected details as a goodwill gesture.
When we refund
If the fault is ours, you get a fix or a full refund, your choice. That covers: a reading that never arrives within the delivery window you paid for and can't be resent; a reading built from details we mishandled; or a problem on our side that leaves you without the reading you bought.
For a delivery that simply landed in spam or went to a mistyped address, write to us and we'll resend it — that's a fix, not grounds for a refund on its own.
When we can't refund
Because each reading is a unique digital good written for you, we can't refund it once it's been written for reasons of taste — if the interpretation isn't what you hoped, or you changed your mind after reading it. A reading is offered for reflection and entertainment, not as a prediction or professional advice, and we say so before you buy.
Faster delivery surcharges are refundable only if we miss the faster window you paid for; in that case we refund the surcharge, not the whole reading, unless the reading also failed to arrive.
How refunds are issued
Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our checkout provider and merchant of record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through them, so your refund and receipt come from Lemon Squeezy, not from us directly. Banks typically take a few business days to post it.
Your consumer rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Some jurisdictions grant a right to cancel digital purchases; where they do, note that by starting a reading you're asking us to begin producing a personalised digital good, which can end that right once the work is done. We'll always honour what the law requires of us.
